Wedding planning is daunting, even for the most organized person (yes, including my Type A peeps!) There is much more to wedding planning than having a bumping DJ and pretty decor pieces; you must consider many factors to plan your wedding day logistics properly.
That is why it is essential to collaborate with an experienced wedding planner for your big day! These are just a few services included with Full-Service Wedding Planning.
As a bonus to keep us all running smoothly (and sane), you will have a personalized online planning portal. Your planning portal will host your wedding planning details, such as planning checklists, your detailed budget, copies of your vendor contracts, meeting notes, photos from any mock-ups, your calendar, and other resources to streamline the planning process.
Budget Projection
Based on our get-to-know-you phase of planning, I will analyze your ideal budget, location, and style to project a detailed budget for your wedding day. We will use your budget projection as a guide throughout the event planning process. I will keep track of vendor payments, send reminders when payments are due, and regularly update your budget projection during the planning process.
Procurement
Assembling a rockstar vendor team is one of the first calls to action during the event planning phase of the H&B experience. I will obtain quotes from 2 - 3 professional vendors from each of the following categories on your behalf. Once I review the selections, I will create a vendor comparison spreadsheet for each category and discuss them with you for decision-making.

During each consultation, I will ask relevant questions about the vendor’s services and take detailed notes. I will review the contracts to confirm the correct date, time, services, and price are listed and then forward the final agreements to you for your signature.
Working With Your Vendor Team
During the event planning phase of the H&B experience, I will be the liaison between you and your contracted venue(s) & vendors to manage logistics and details related to their services. I will schedule & attend your vendor meetings and tastings. I will also communicate any questions/concerns on your behalf and adequately resolve issues to ensure all parties are satisfied with the resolution.
Tailor-Made Guest Experience
Think outside of the wedding favors. I work with you and your vendor team to create special touches that spotlight you as a couple and make your family and friends feel special. Tailor-made service will ensure your guests feel valued as individuals rather than just a face in the crowd; this will also ensure they are a part of your celebration!
Event Styling and Design
Think of this phase of planning as an opportunity to make your Pinterest wedding dreams a reality. We will collaborate to create a shared inspiration board to show the overall event style. I will share feedback and ideas on your color palette, decor, and wedding details. We will use a shared online visual platform and share ideas throughout the planning process when choosing flowers, linens, rental items, custom design items, stationery, and cake design.
Concierge Service
I’m sure you have heard horror stories from other couples about the questions/comments they had to answer about their wedding day. My concierge service allows you to tell everyone to “ask your planner” versus dealing with the conversation. Your guests can contact me directly with their questions or concerns. In addition to taking care of your guests, I will organize the mailing of your wedding, save the dates & invitations, and consult with your wedding party or family to plan other events surrounding your wedding day.
